  2. Secretary’s Report/Treasurer’s Report
    1. Umpire payment update – All 2007 Season is paid for.
    2. Golf Tournament

                                                              i.      Winner of points – Upland won. $75 to be given at banquet

                                                             ii.      Thank you cards sent - Resend Twirl town to correct address.

                                                            iii.      Discuss success/suggestions/ideas for improvement – Talked about change courses. Overall it was a great turn out.

    1. Banquet

                                                               i.      Final count including guests. 107

                                                             ii.      Trophies ordered- All set, they were ordered 9/1

                                                          iii.      Slide show status/photos needed.   Submit your last minute digital photos for the banquet slide show to lori.ford@comcast.net.- Lori has a big selection of photos, but send her more if you have them.

                                                           iv.      Shop for gift cards for banquet prizes ($400) – Lori to do the shopping again.

                                                            v.      Agenda for banquet-Kerri to pull last years agenda and go through to see what has to change.

 

 

  1. New Business
    1. Ideas for investing in league/fields – talk about a lot of things, dugouts, fields, new fields?  We need to talk to the town about what is going on with fields.
    2. Taunton Tournament Sept. 29-30- Seems like there is interest from all the teams.  Everyone must remember that CWSL isn’t running this tournament and questions must be forwards to the contacts on the tournament flyer,  So far looks like Clark has a team, BM, and maybe 1 other team
    3. Election of 2008 Officers – WOOHOO we have a secretary, Meg Almeida from Clark has taken position. President will be Kerri Coffin, Vice President will be Lori Ford and Treasurer will be Roberta Di Rado.
