Golf Tournament-

CWSL will continue with the golf tournament for one more year to see if we have a better outcome.  Tournament will be at Squirrel Run this year and a penciled date of 8/10/07 (needs to be confirmed with golf course).

 

Scholarship-

Talked about the 2 awardees from last year that have not sent in grades.  League decision is that we will not chase them for grades; they were instructed to get their grades to us for payment.

Deadline for 2007 awardees is 4/3/07.

Meeting will be 4/10/07 @ Berta’s house @ 6:30

Confirmed with Elks club 9/15/07 6-11pm.  Lorraine will be getting us the menu and prices for April meeting.  Razz will be contacting Jeff Baker to book date and then will contact Berta for payment.

Confirmed date of 7/14/07 @ Stephen field in Plymouth. Roberta to follow up about insurance binder for the town.  Cyndi Beard will be getting price on tee shirts; she will send info to Roberta to see if Sovereign will sponsor us again. 19 for 99(deal w/special t)

Player registration is $65.00.  New flyer to be made by Lori to post EVERY WHERE.  Kerri to get the new player form ready and email to everyone.  5/10 is deadline according to rules for team roster and player $ due to Roberta.  Agreed to have drawing at the bank table for “free new player registration” give away.

Using the Carver High fields- We will leave this as a dead issue unless we have an issue with getting our normal field permits.  Roberta Called the Athletic director for the high school and left him a message, but no call back.  Cyndi checked out the fields in Kingston and they have been sold to the town and that’s why this is a fee to use them.  Those fields are out of the question for 2007 season.

 

4th of July parade- yes we are doing it again this year.  We need help for more then the normal crowd.  It takes a lot of work in getting our name our there.

 

Pre-Season tournament- Do we want to try it again this year.  Have a 2 day kick off tournament and have the winning team get $50 from the league.  Everyone seemed to agree on it again.  We will have a proposal schedule for next meeting.

 

Bank info- Roberta to look into changing the League money market into ˝ Cd.  Also the scholarship CD renewed for 12 months

 

Renewal for Network solutions (website address) – voted to renew for 3years at 24.99 per year.  Total is 74.97.
