Parade: Good revues on the parade. Suggestion for next year is using waterproof markers on posters. We will look into laminating as well.

Meeting participation: All teams were represented tonight.

CWSL Rules:

• Add: If there is a close play at home, the runner must slide as it is a safety issue. If the runner does not slide during a close play at home, she will be called out.
• Revise: 10. Automatic forfeit if any player or coach is caught drinking alcohol, using drugs, or smoking on the field or in the dugout area during a game.

All-Star Game: Teams were voted to keep team players together.

We need volunteers to shag balls and collect money for Home Run Derby, sell Koozies and sell 50/50 raffle tickets.

Golf Tournament:

· Volunteers to be present at 12:00 pm.

· Helicopter Golf Ball Drop tickets due 7/31/06

· Print out forms and distribute to team reps

· Incentive program for teams: $50 cash prize for all teams that meet all requirements below:

* minimum of 4 foursomes per softball team and

* minimum of 3 hole sponsors per softball team and

* minimum of 4 donations for raffle prizes per softball team
