  1. Open meeting 6:30 pm
  2. Roberta collected Registration forms and money, she will input player info into a       spread sheet and we will only post players names on the website roster.
  3. Confirmed that payment was sent to Mike M for the USSSA (6 team) insurance and it was sent to Mike in April.
  4. Kerri and Roberta to sign the new signature card for the 12 month CD that we voted in April to open with 1500.00.
  5. Voted to change the rule that states the cut off time for registration from 6/30 to 6/24, to make it consistent with playing 1/3 of the season.
  6. Kerri, Lori and Roberta to sign the revised rules.
  7. Any team still looking for players- just in case more email the league.  Plymptom can use 2 players.
  8. Lori to follow up with Mike with new schedule, find out who is umpiring where next week, and to get the contact phones numbers for the umpires like we talked about in the April meeting
  9. Review Schedule – need to make changes.
  10. All star game – disk was given to Cindi with the files on it for artwork. Cindi to get invoice to Roberta for payment.
  11. Confirmed rafting date and gave out 15 flyers to each team.
  12. Reminder of field permits, privileges and conduct – clean up after ourselves, NO DRINKING.
  13. Distribute all Games balls, ice packs, and score books.
  14. Golf – Letters mailed to last years winners, and received thank you note from Emily Felix.
  15. Golf – Set and Schedule next meetings for just golf committee 5/24/2007 @ the Carver Library.  Going to start early getting donations and golfers.
  16. July 4th parade – posters made earlier and have them laminated to save them for future events.  Each Team to make their own poster to advertise their sponsor.  Must have 2 posters and they must be normal poster board size. Bring them to the June meeting 6/12/07.
  17. Next meeting 6/12/2007. Discuss all star games and format.
  18. Kerri to submit parade application for 2 trucks.
  19. Clark Remodeling colors will be Maroon with white lettering.
